WE have researched this group over a period of years, and we can see that this wholly unaccountable private organization has received a fortune to operating very much like "shadow" government, doing "work" beyond what citizens expect or want bona fide government services to do.

From 2005 through June 2011, Sustainable Connections - an organization with a global agenda -- has sold a lot of services to both Whatcom County and the City of Bellingham:
